Item Consolidated Monitors report during the 2022 General Election for the period April - September, 2022(2022-12-31) Field Services Unit, Office of the Registrar of Political PartiesORPP embarked on monitoring the electoral process for the 2022 general elections by developing a strategy and roadmap. This report summarizes key findings and recommendations from the 2022 general election monitoring. The information was gathered from 47 Counties mapped out with a view to monitoring the electoral cycle, polling process and the post poll outcome to ensure the electoral process comply and adhere to the Elections Act, 2011; Constitution of Kenya, 2010; Elections Offenses Act, 2016; Political Parties Act, 2011; Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission Act, 2011; Election Laws (Amendment) Act, 2016 and Political Parties Code of Conduct.. The Office of the Registrar of Political Parties (ORPP) recruited 345 monitors, who underwent intensive training and sensitization on election-related issues and were thereafter deployed to monitor the electoral cycle.Item Corporate Communication Policy(ORPP, 2025-05-01) Office of the Registrar of Political PartiesEffective Corporate communication is a foundation pillar for establishing and sustaining relations with its stakeholders. The provisions of this policy, therefore, provide a framework for managing the communication function at ORPP. The policy acknowledges that communication strategies and activities are key determinants for strategically locating the ORPP to its varied stakeholders. The policy review has been aligned with the changing legal and operational landscape as well as learning experiences gained in the course of its implementation. Additionally, effective communication provides all stakeholders with a clear understanding of the Office’s responsibilities and obligations. This policy establishes general rules and principles for ORPP in its communication with employees and external stakeholders. It sets out a policy blueprint that seeks to clearly articulate the scope, goals, objectives, and standard guiding principles for effective communication to achieve the ORPP mandate. The policy has been developed and subsequently reviewed as a guide for: i. Having in place correct, relevant, clear, timely, and proactive communication to both internal and external stakeholders. ii. Establishing norms and standards for communication within ORPP. iii. Informing the development of other communication complementary policies, strategies, and guidelines. iv. A reference tool for sensitization.Item Transformative Leadership Course Report(ORPP, 2026-04-14) Nyongesa, JosephatStaff report on a 'Transformative Leadership Course' conducted at the Kenya School of Government (KSG), Mombasa Campus in February 2026. The course is designed to strengthen leadership capacity in the public sector by equipping participants with modern leadership approaches, strategic thinking skills, and practical tools to drive institutional change.
