Abstract

Staff report on a 'Transformative Leadership Course' conducted at the Kenya School of Government (KSG), Mombasa Campus in February 2026. The course is designed to strengthen leadership capacity in the public sector by equipping participants with modern leadership approaches, strategic thinking skills, and practical tools to drive institutional change. The course provided valuable insights to enhance Mr. Nyongesa's leadership approach in managing technology-driven initiatives, supporting institutional efficiency, and engaging effectively with political parties, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
